Terms & Conditions


In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

If you would prefer to place your order over the email please send your message on sales@interbru.com. Payment to be made with Debit/Credit Card through Paypal.

Should you wish to make an amendment to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to accept amendments if your order is packed and ready for despatch.


Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept credit card payment (Mastercard and Visa) and debit card payment (Delta, Solo, Switch and Visa Electron).We also accept payment by PayPal.

We can accept payment by cheque. Any order paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Interbru Ltd.


We do not offer shipping to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Delivery to most addresses in mainland UK is charged at £7.49 per order (up to 30 kg - 2 cases) and will usually arrive on the next working day (NOT GUARANTEED).

A parcel can typically consist of up to 24 standard size bottles but exact costs are worked out based on your selection and will be displayed at checkout stage.

Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. (e.g. orders placed by 12 noon Tuesday should be delivered Wednesday, orders placed by 12 noon Friday should be delivered Monday).

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation e- mail, please contact us so we can investigate.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.

Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to a future order. All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the drivers manifest or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Goods lost will be replaced free of charge.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

Interbru Ltd accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returning Goods

If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact within 7 days. The cost of carriage in this instance is the customer’s responsibility.


All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Whilst we try to ensure all pricing on the website is correct occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply items are the incorrect price.
